BleepingComputer.com: BSOD Vista Home Premium Dell Inspiron 1525

I keep getting error messages that cause the laptop to stop running and go to the blue screen. I have done the system diagnostic and it points to the memory. I have reseated the DIMMs and it is still happening. If I run just one at a time it seems to be ok regardless of which one I put in and it doesnt matter which slot. I am not sure what to do next is it just buy two new sticks ? Or is it another issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can try running BlueScreenView - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html.

Double-click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.

When scanning is done, Edit/Select All...then File/Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.

Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

OA STOP errors: Similar to 8E. Yours points to hal.dll as the cause
