unistalling a program how to

i tried to install a program on my lapyop that i bought and didn't realize that it was not for windows 7 now when i go to programs and features it shows the programs but it can't be unistalled. it says that the software was not unistalled successfully.

Try Revo Uninstaller
The free version:

Also try the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Check the boxes by anything that mentions the program
