Virus block access to DVD drive and USB flash drive

XP PRO SP2 updated to SP3
HP desktop computer
cpu intel e2140


When when I try open DVD drive from My computer I have message Please insert a disk into drive
despite I have DVD in the drive
When when I try open USB flash drive I have message like this:
The disk is not formatted Do you want to format it now? Yes No
despite USB flash drive working on other computer

When I boot from cd-rom Windows PE the DVD drive and usb flash drive working fine no problems

So far I run rkill, ComboFix found many items, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware full scan found 8 items, Microsoft Security Essentials full scan found 1 item, after all cleaning same problem

I try run XP in Diagnostic Startup from Msconfig but still no access to DVD drive and USB flash drive.

I appreciate any help

Hello,You will need to Download and Run DDS which will create a Pseudo HJT Report as part of its log..
If for some reason you cannot perform a step, move on to the next.
Please follow this guide. go and do steps 6 thru 8 ,, Preparation Guide For Use Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help . Then go here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs ,click New Topic,give it a relevant Title and post that complete log.
