Hello. I am new to the site and was directed here as I have a problem with a virus. I have already downloaded and run combofix, have the log file and need direction on my next steps. Any information appreciated.

Welcome to BC!
I suggest you first post about your problem in the AM I INFECTED? Forum, with as much information as you can provide about what is happening (or NOT) so the nature of the infected can be diagnosed and the best method of getting rid of the malware can be determined. Keep your log handy in case it is requested.
