Hello all,

Just a short introduction from. I'm working as a self-employed computer support technician in Australia with a lengthy background in both programming and technical support. Over the last two months I've seen a marked increase in the amount of work coming in relating to malware and the variants of viruses floating around are starting to take me longer and longer to remove properly; hence my signing up here to utilise your valuable resources and assist others with the experiences I have gained along the road so far.
