My mom is having a problem with her windows 7. Her computer was on when she left the room, then came back and the screen was off. So she turned it back on and said her only option was safe mode. She had to use safe mode for a few days, then one day she turned it on and now the only thing it will do is a system repair. Then it says it can't be repaired. Then it takes her to a blank desktop with just the background. No startup button, no nothing. Anyone have a solution?
