I have a Dell Inspiron 15 and since I upgraded to Windows 7, I keep getting the message "low disk space Recovery E:". Seems that everything now wants to download to E instead of C. Acrobate upgrade, pictures, etc....Can't upload pictures because I get the los disk space message. I move the program to C drive and then it will no longer work. I can't do a backup as I always get the low disk space message. I've searched and searched but can't see an example of exactly my problem. I'm ignorant of inner workings of this computer but think I should be able to figure this out but yet........here I am, aggravated. Maybe I should take it Best Buy and let the GeekSquad fix what I messed up. Since now when I turn it on, I get the DOS looking page and have to pick Windows & or Vista. But I thought I deleted the Vista.old files put of Recovery E. I stumped.
Please pass along your knowledge if you have the patience. Thanks.

It would seem that somehow in the upgrade process your Windows 7 OS went onto E: drive instead of c: leaving your old vista on c:
If this is the case you could try removing E: drive (or at least the Windows 7 components) (start up Vista to get at E:) and redo the upgrade carefully while making sure you have plenty of spare space on C: (certainly have more space on C: than E:.
Did you run Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor before running the upgrade?
