Outlook 2007 in win 7

Hello
Sorry but wasn't sure what category this falls under. In Outlook 2007 I have 4 separate contact folders within my Personal folder. One being work, other being FD, etc. I want to copy all my contacts from one sub contact folder into the main Contact folder. I cannot find an easy way of doing this and would greatly appreciate a step by step solution
