I have a PC with 2 HDDs. The main drive is what I use, the second is old.
I was looking for a program to convert VOB to iPod. I found one (can't remember where) and downloaded it. I ran AVG Free on it and it came back clean.
I opened the .exe file and I received a quick BSOD and then the PC kept rebooting at the Windows splash screen.
I am running (not sure which version) XP Ultimate by Johnny
I loaded the same OS to my second drive and loaded the vid drivers, AVG Free and Avast on this second drive. I scanned the whole PC and came up with:
AVG
atapi.sys is a threat.
Avast:

C is new and E is the old drive.
I am able to get into the old drive but "program files' folder appears to be missing.
any ideas?
