DLL c:\Windows\System32\NvMcTray.dll I keep gettin this message

Since I reinstalled Windows XP on my computer, I have been getting the message " Application or DLL c:\Windows\System32\NvMcTray.dll"

Yes, as Broni said, a full message would be more helpful.
The DLL is linked to nVIDIA display drivers. See : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/N...y.dll-3828.html
Are you getting message that this DLL is not found ? if yes, then reinstall the drivers through nVIDIA VGA Drivers Setup utility which should be on your drivers CD or you can download from nVidia web site (around 100 MB in size).
