SUPERAntiSpyware SASWINLO.dll -- Is it necessary?

I have read what this IS but not what it DOES. Everything I have read it seems people conflate what it is and what does and then just accept it as being okay without asking any questions, because the former explanation sounds benign. I recall SAS lagging up my computer horribly the first time I got it. I got it again recently and it found some things that my other programs did not, so it seems decent, but again I'm dealing with lag issues and I just remembered that SAS slowed my CPU down last time (which became rather evident after I uninstalled it). And I should clarify by saying that it's occasional lag plus unusual (terrible) hang time on boot up, and I know that this .dll has something to do with the boot up / log on points.

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits
