As I already asked when you posted in someone else's thread and referred you to start your own topic, what specific issues are you having that require the use of ComboFix?
The download link can be found in this authorized guide: How to use ComboFix but again I already advised, no one should not be using it without supervision or guidance by an expert. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.
