When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

So im browsing my usual websites yesterday and a scan pops up and runs the normal bs menus and windows that the Malware: Antivirus Vista 2010 does. I followed the instructions as seen here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-remo...irus-vista-2010

4 questions now.

1. How do I know that the malware is completely off my system?

2. Is my computer safe to use now with passwords to accounts and banking etc.

3. How might I have gotten this?

4. Why didn't my CA Internect security suite plus not pick this up and handle it, it is up to date.
