Well, I have had the misfortune to be born in the Information Age. My girlfriend's computer got a virus and I was able to remove it using a guide on this site, so when my laptop started acting up again I figured instead of spending hours on the phone with tech support only to get told they can't help me, I'd just come on here and get real help. XD Hello to all of you and maybe some day I can help you too!
