Intro WhoAmI

Grtbluyonder was derived from my love of traveling in fluids. I sail, canoe, and fly as recreation. As I'm retired, I can do these whenever I desire.

As all of these activities are somewhat technical, I use computers, pocket PC's, GPS, and satellite equipment to navigate and communicate.

Since I travel through fluids that are generally (and hopefully) blue, going from here to yonder, the name describes the activites well.

An engineer, I have been using computers since 1965. Yes folks, they were actually invented even before then.

Have had a long love/hate relationship with computers with hate having a slight edge.

Welcome to BC!
It doesn't seem to matter whether you have been working with computers 20 years or 20 weeks, that relationship seems to develop rather quickly.
