can some1 please help me quick !!!!

i got a campaq laptop today with windows 7


When i put my curusor on the battery icon on the tray, it says 66% remaining only

And when i click once on the icon in the tray it still says 66% remiaining!!!!!!!


How do i make it so, when i click on the tray icon (battery) it says 66% remaining AND the time remiaing!!???????????????

so how do i find out how much time i have remeing on the laptop

on my other laptop it says like 1h and 20 minutes remmeing

how do i do this on this new laptop??? please help me thanks !!!!!!!!!!!

It could be that Windows 7 has not had the time to calculate the expected life the current charge on the battery. It can sometimes take 5-10 minutes for Windows to get a good idea of what the computer is doing (usage and stuff) before it can give a life expectancy.

Be patient and try again later. :huh:

Well, like Jacee suggested, you can always use a third-party program to keep track of your usage and time left.

Not sure why Windows doesn't report back with the time left, but it would just be easier to use another program to tell you. :huh:

it have tried 2 programs and it just says n/a on them why is this ???
