Howdy!! Im new here but might possibly be a benifit to the community!! Right now im having an issue with a couple of my USB Flash drives, I had a computer i was working on that i may possibly have had the USB connection wires reversed on when i connected the front ports to the motherboard. 2 Of my flash drives and a wirless USB adapter suddenly are no longer recognized on any computer. I also at the very same time had accidentally placed the 3 usb devices near a strong magnet but ive read that wont affect them. Anyhow im just wondering if i did connect the USB ports in backwards have i fried these drives? I just wonder if theres a way to force reinstalling drivers for them or something like that so i can get them to again be recognized? Ive already RMA'ed the wirless adapter so no worries on it but if possible i'd like to save the data on the usb drives if i can. Any ideas??
Sorry so long just want to be explainatory.
Thanks
JRockZ

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
