Well... i want to know that when we stream a video in firefox, does it save it in someplace? I know if i want to download it i can use certain addons and websites. But if i have already streamed a video completely and can access it in offline mode then it must be somewhere in the harddrive and if so is it possible to copy it from that location to a new one for future use??

Firefox doesn't download videos automatically. You'd have to use an addon. When you're watching a video it creates a temp file. But you need to download it if you want to keep it to your hard drive.
