Eee PC Recovery from USB Flash Drive

Hello all. I'm attempting to recover my Asus Eee PC 900HD from a USB Flash Drive but I'm unsure how I need to go about this. I would just use a USB DVD drive but I currently can't afford to buy one for the recovery DVD. Just a little help here?

You'll need Windows CD/DVD and WinToFlash: http://wintoflash.com/download/en/
