Capture cord would certainly be different than capture card.

Yea I wondered about that too but then just figured made the same error twice without realizing it?
Someone put some of the keys back on the keyboard in the wrong locations?

But no, sorry, I don't know anything about this kind of stuff, so I'm no help in finding something compatible with W-7.

Cables work irregardless of O/S...they are just conduits for signals to the capture device.
The device, of course, will either need a Win 7 driver or be spec'd to work with Win 7...same as any other hardware device.
