I have tried to remove winShadow files from my system but I am left with the following files which I cannot delete as they are listed in use and access denied.

ocEventsLog.dll - ocService.dll - ocWinLib.dll - ocZlib.dll - shwHook.dll - shwLib.dll - shwSrvc - shwWizard.dll

How can I remove these files?

You could boot into safe mode and try to delete them from there.
