Ok guys: I want to help mom get to her Email, she forgot the address. I wish to take over her computer and lead her to her Juon Email address and I need control of her computer. plz explain how I get into her computer.

You should be able to use the Remote Assistance tool.

Get a Remote Administration Tool. Sometimes Hackers use these but they are 100% legal. Companies use them on their computers all the time. AVs detect them as viruses but it is false since they are builders. Some of these RATs are Cerberus, Cybergate, Spy-net. You may not be familiar with these.

Thanks guys, I'll get right on it. She want's to get into her Juno Email and she was in the hospital and forgot her address and password.
