Hello:

I'm one of the newer members to this forum. I hope it works out for me and your Administrators.

I'm a retired electrical engineer that drifted into the computer repair area. I am not employed on a 5-day a week basis. I do this in addition to all the volunteer work I do for various non-profit organizations in the area.

At present I live on a lake in northeast Oklahoma. It's out in the sticks, sort of, and I depend on a wireless internet provider based in Muskogee, OK. It's a fairly good small business; they work hard keeping the system up, even during bad and nasty weather. I myself would not want to climb towers with a half-inch of ice on the ladders.

I have 4 or 5 families that depend on me for virus removal and other problems. I will be posting help messages later today; it was suggested that I post here first just to say howdy. (Why won't this stupid computer correct my spelling mistakes? Do I have to tell it to do everything?)
