i curently use web CEO to promote my website, and its free. but if you google my site the discription of my site is the URL, and i want to be able to put a description, how do i do this?

and if anyone knows a better program to promote please let me know, i need it to be free though, thats the only problem.

Google generally uses whatever is between the <title></title> tags to create the description. If you want it to change, you'll need to change the Title.
