EVGA does have a 1 year return policy, and if I had not slacked on registering it..... I would have gotten a lifetime warranty on it.

Now... to find my receipts and paperwork to file an RMA for it.

Thanks all for the help on diagnosing it, and ill let you know if the motherboard solves the problem.

just wanted to touch base with all, it was in fact the motherboard. Put a new one in and shes running like a champ once again.

Thanks again for all the assistance in troubleshooting various things, especially the PSU, as that would have been one of the first things I replaced.

Problem has returned...... Wonder if its a PSU issue blowing it....
