Is the max CPU voltage within manufacturer's spec?
Is the CPU's temp at safe limits when under load/stress?
Is the system stable?
If yes, then you are good to go.

yes intel max v-core for this cpu is 1.4v temp under 100% load 45c max thermal 75c 100% stable under prime 95 and some pretty good benchmark tests Processor Benchmark >>>

update ran prime 95 (cpu burnin / s tester ) for 8hrs and 54mins last nite 0 errors 0 warnings mean temp (average) 44c max MIPS 14,565 whetstone x86 integer 10,000 m flops (Single Precision) (x-86 float)

just got my p4 2.8ghz in the mail today
800mhz fsb 1mb l2 oced to 3.78ghz
