Help
Hi,
I have a pc with Windows XP Professional SP 3 with 2 hard drives. 1st hard drive has windows and all the installed programmes and drivers. 2nd hard drive has all the data, pictures etc. 3 weeks ago I had a nasty virus and had to do a clean install which was time consuming and painful. I am wondering, is there anyway I can do a complete system back up and burn it to a disc to use in the event of a future virus attack. If I can, I want to avoid reinstalling windows, reactivating, redownloading all the updates and then installing various drivers for motherboard, graphic card and sound card etc.
I would highly appreciate any advice.

You can create a complete "image" of your hard drive using software such as Acronis True Image.

Disclaimer: I am not particularly endorsing this product - it's just one of the better known ones out there. You can probably get hold of some freeware software that will do the same thing.
