Depends on how you install. A clean install removes all data from the drive, an upgrade just replaces key operating system files and what not.

My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.

FWIW: Generally speaking, it's best (IMO) to do a clean install, rather than install over a previous O/S. Even though the theory is...that the net result is the same, that's not necessarily true and any baggage on the old O/S will not necessarily disappear quietly with the upgrade install on top of the old.

A clean install gives the user a great starting point for troubleshooting/overcoming any issues that appear.
