A slight warning to Les Smith. Do not remove any grayed out devices from the Network adapters or Sound, video and game controllers. Even though they may appeared as grayed out\not loaded. it may be that they just are`t currently need`d by the program that installed them. Removing them may prove to be a problem down the road.

Tried installing from the printer cd in safe mode. Seems like drivers installed but at end of process said computer unable to communicate with printer. Came out of safe mode and drivers seem to be there - epson sx215 is shown under imaging devices in device manager. Still have a yellow exclamation mark against usb 2.0 printer and usb mass storage device under other devices.
In the printer status monitor i get communication error
Seems like I just need to sort out why the computer and printer arent connecting!
I go back to the fact that maybe your USB Drivers are not installed properly or they are dead.
My work schedule is as follows: Mon and Tues 1800 to 0600, Friday - Sunday 1800EST to 0600, and Wednesday to Thursday 1800est to 0600. So if I do not respond right away I am at work.
