Yes you can, but like Amazing Andrew said, we can talk about hardware/computer problems/issues in the forums, because when a person helps you here, they also help others, because our help and suggestions are seen by others who may relate to or have had the same issues/problems as you.

I personally prefer BleepingComputer.com over other forums/ message boards, because there appears to be a great bunch of helpful people here, who love volunteering their time helping others with our knowledge and research and personal experiences.

Yes, but you need to direct your questions to everyone when you ask them, more heads are better than one and as a community of people we work together quite well in this forum.
Other people might know something I don't.
You should also start a new thread with a new subject title (Unless it is still related to this same problem) however this hardware issue is now solved and a new thread will get much more attention that way. :thumbsup:
