Hi everyone - I'm new to here (god sounds like turning up at the A.A.) my name is peter ... and I have a problem.
On our office printers, we are running ecopy sharescan software - when you try to scan to email it wont autosearch if your surname starts with the prefix of McI ... you have t ofully qualify the name, where as if you name starts with the prefix of McK it will find all current McK names in the GAL.
anyone got any ideas what's going on
