BleepingComputer.com: Is it possible to adapt a JLPC1 to fit JFP1 (Front power connectors)

Details: replacement board and chip for an ACER extensa m/Board: Foxconn..chip:- AMD Sempron
replaced with
M/Board: MSI K9N6PGM2 and a Sempron 140..
Problem: the case is an Acer extensa case. The front panel power connectors is an JLPC1 , however the board only has a JFP1 type connection.

Ok obvious solution is to admit I bought the wrong board and chip however is it possibble to convert the front power connectors from JLPC1 to JLP1?

AND what what other cases are available..to fit this motherboard..

Well any answer will be appreciated.and yes you can take the "Mickey" if you want to...

Ok update so far...The computer is up and running!

Ok firstly I needed to I dentify what the colours of the wires related to
Power/switch - Blue and white
Power /LED - Green and White
HDD / LED - Green / Red
LAN /LED - Green / Orange

Then I compared them to the layout on the board of the JFP1 pins.. amazingly all of them except the Lan lined up..

So with the exception of the Lan Led lights evrything is working. However I wonder if there is an adapter kit somewhere?

well i don't know about an adaptor, but if you know the layout and how to do splice, you can custom make the adaptor. Might take a little enginuity, but I have done it in the past. You just got to make sure theres no bare wires exposed anywhere because if it contacts another part you could cause a short.
