Hi there.
I have a Vista 32bit installed on my Brand new Dell Inspiron 1370. It came with Windows 7 64bit but that was a Japanese version so i formated my HDD and installed my Vista 32bit on it. Everything is working great, except that mostly whenever i restart my PC, a message pops up at start showing "Operating System Not Found". So i have to go to BIOS and in boot window, there is always an Exclamation mark besides hardisk and DVD Drive, so i hit SHIFT + 1 key and exclamation marks go away, and then PC restarts fine.
This doesnt happen all the times but it does happen very often.
Anybody else facing this problem?

best advice is, call dell customer support. if you do anything to fix it on your own it could void the warranty. let them deal with it. :D
