Help
When I try to run a certain program i get this error and the program closes... I've tried to uninstall/re-install but when I try to uninstall I get the same error message that dfsvc.exe has stopped working
I've done some searching and it appears to be relation to the MS.NET framework but uninstalling/reinstalling that doesn't correct the problem.
Most of all my other programs run fine and I can uninstall/reinstall other programs if needed except for this particular one where I always get this error.
Please help!!

What version of MS.NET framework are you using? It makes a difference

.Net framework version 3.5 SP1
the program is called Yaimer, yaimer.com
I had it installed before and it ran fine, then I got a nasty virus and came on here to find out how to get rid of it. Got rid of the virus but now when I try to open or install/uninstall Yaimer i get the dfsvc.exe error

Were you using the free trial or the paid for version?

no its the same version both way, but I paid and entered the Key Code and used it for about a week. Just after the virus I've been getting the dfsvc.exe stopped working error message when I try to run the program, or uninstall it

im actually having the same problem, virus wiped out my computer, did a fresh install, installed netfx 3.5, purchased yaimer a while back so your not the only one having that frustrating problem, in process now of seeing what the problem is.
