After using anything more than wordpad etc. . . I get a square on screen just below center, usually blue if screen is white, then it will pickup and "echo" whatever gets in it... words, pics etc. then when working it will repeat itself vertically. Is this a graphics card problem or what? Sure would like to get rid of it. Comp is a HP m7050e, nvidia(spell?) 6600 card. Would include a screen shot, but can't see how. . . Thanks L W

I had the similar type of problem
It was: In XP, When I open any program, like IE it showed 72 windows of IE and many other.
When I went to the repair shop with CPU, it had no problem
But the problem was the screen
When I changed the monitor, it worked all good. I dont know how

It may be the screen's problem

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
