BleepingComputer.com: Email Compose InBox guide icons missing

When my email compose page opens i can't find the following in the composing box : spell check, font face, font size, bold, italic, underline text
color, highlight color, emoticons etc e.g. i could not bold these words i am writing now.

In order to help you, it would be useful to know what email you are having issues with-ISP mail, gmail, yahoo, etc.

Also, are you accessing your mail from a webpage (webmail) or an email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc)?

am using thru webpage ... yahoo and gmail. thank you...
