BleepingComputer.com: BD2010

I have had the new Bit defender 2010 total package for a little over a month now and I have to say that I am not impressed in the least. I use firefox for a browser and find that about once a day when I try to shut it down or go back to a previous page that it will all of a sudden freeze up and the little icon on the bottom goes gray and then tells me that there is a problem with the BD switch agent and to restart the computer. I also have noticed that even though I have it set to scan every night it will not do it and after about 5 days I get a warning that there is a problem and to click here to fix it. I had the old 2009 version and did not have that many problems with it like I do this version. Anyone got any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
