Hey hope u can help me
wondering why my browsing is going so slow in both internet explorer and firefox, even in firefox safe mode.
My internet speed is fine because i download at 200kbps but when i stop downloading and just browse it takes forever to load pages
did some virus scans and did not find anything
anyone know the problem?

Tried clearing all browser cache and cookies?
