BleepingComputer.com: rio player...cali

I bought a rio cali mp3 player for my daughter. after installing the software and trying to load songs onto the player i found out it wouldn't do it. after several days of emails with rio representatives, they told me i didn' have the correct driver. i'm running windows me, does anyone know what drivers i need? sorry if i'm being vague.

Go here and go to the very bottom of the page and you will find a zip file. Hopefully this is what you are looking for.

Sorry I need to add something, you will actually need to go about half way down the page to "Downloads, Manuals, and Find an Answer (Knowledge Base) "
there you will see different tabs, click on the driver tab and then go to the bottom of the page.
