Cobian Backup?? 2 Simple questions

1. While using Cobian 8, The size of files being backed up are 80+gb. How large of a storage do I need for this if they are being zipped?
2. I have a 4gb memory stick, but it is identified as drive "F" not "G" as (G is where Cobian wants to save to by default), Can I just save to F or is there something else I should know about G? My PC does not have a G drive.
