hi all,
i bought a hp tx2z laptop from us but now i am in china.
it was working great when i turned it off, when i turned it back on then the symbol of win7 started blinking very very fast and it couldnt start..
then after when the problem comes . i click on checkup option it takes almost 30 mins and then finally says couldnt be repaired but when i forcely restart the laptop it works fine again,... i could use it well with no problems but when i turned it off and turned it back on the problem, i wrote above comes randomly,,sometimes it starts up with no problem sometimes it gets stuck like i described....
then i decided to format the computer and reinstall vista.. when i tried ,during the process the mouse crusor didnt appear and so i couldnt install vista...then i tried to put win7 the process went all fine but again when it restarted the same problem appeared...
i dont know what is the problem of,,software or hardware? since i have tried more than 10 different DVDs of vista and WIN7 but same problem occurs,,,i come to think its hardware problem..
i decided to go to hp in china,,the main problem here is language, they cant understand english at all,any how i made them understand the problem ,they toldl me its software problem not hardwares ,they installed vista and sent me back but after 6/7 hrs same thing happened???
i want to know whats the problem and weather anybody knows the solution?
please help me out,,thanx in advance

i took the laptop to HP and they diagnosed the problem
the problem was with the motherboard and they changed it free..
i can use it very well now with no difficulty
