HI

Can anyone pls advise if it is possible to use d-ban to wipe a specific drive i/o of all all drives on my PC. Somewhere along the line I get the impression that all drives will be cleansed as opposed to a specific drive.
Instructions for wiping specific drive if possible will be appreciated.

Tks

Yes you can wipe specific drives.

When you boot from the DBAN disk you will be presented with several options. Choose "Start in interactive mode".

My suggestion to avoid possible problems = wiping the wrong drive is to disconnect all drives except one optical drive and the hard drive you wish to wipe. Have read a few to many stories of the wrong drive being selected and important data being lost.

Only takes a minute and well worth the precaution IMO.
