Hi everyone.

Well I suppose like many people I ended up here when my laptop started giving me trouble.

I'm now to all this and to be honest its all a bit daunting when things go wrong, i'm not a real tech head, managed to upgrade RAM and do a few things but not brill so here for help!!

My problem is with hijacking, mainly when on google or you tube, so any ideas where to start?
