I downloaded a trial for PKZip and decided I did not need it so I removed the program. I am still getting pop ups every time I open word or excel stating that my trial has ended and there are 3 options on the pop up to "purchase product now", "enter product key" or "remind me later". There is no option to decline. These pop ups come up each time I open a file and it is extremely annoying. I have went through my computer to see if there is something I missed and searched for anything with PKZip in it and have found nothing. It's been going on for over 2 months now. I also bought a Microsoft Office program from a re-seller and get the same pop up from Microsoft stating that "this is not a Microsoft Genuine Product" with no way to get rid of it. I have tried hitting Alt+F4 when the pop ups come up and it only removes it for that instance and it keeps coming up. Any suggestions?

Try using Revo Uninstaller, free version

this is not a Microsoft Genuine Product

You did enter the CD key that came in the packing sleeve, correct?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
