TCP-Z Patcher Problem?

I don't know how this happened, but for the past few days my computer has been freezing up especially when I'm on the internet. A tune up program I have informed me to look into Device Manager. There is the infamous yellow exclamation at "TCP-Z Half-Open Patcher".

You could try reinstalling the TCP-Z software, or remove it if you don't use it.
