I'm new to the bleeping computer world and could sure use some help. Seems I have a redirect virus and Spyware Dr doesn’t remove it....
I have next to zero computer experience and on a whim had my dog give it a shot, and he couldn’t figure it out either. Help

Hello and welcome to Bleeping Computer.
Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.
A good place to start is the Am I Infected

why won't my laptop work?
Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits

A warm welcome to BC to you and your dog.
I am sure that if you post about your problem in the suggested forum, both of you get help in removing the malware.
Regards,
JOhn
