How to install windows 7 without dvd drive.

I just received my 550w power supply in the mail and it turns out that newegg sent me the wrong dvd drive (My luck). Now i'm sitting here with a nice pc with a blank hard drive. What are my options as of now? Can i install the os still via an external hard drive?? I have no SCSI ports and i really don't feel like going to look for a serial dvd drive. What is there that i can do? I have my windows 7 disk sitting right next to me, this feels hopeless. Now is there some type of virtual drive/ISO opener that i can use to load the files onto the hard drive (like daemon tools) from the bios. And if so how would i load these files onto a external? What are my options.

Not unless you have a working drive on at least one system. If you have a large enough USB drive, you could install it to there, and then boot from it on your system. There are instructions on how to do that in one of the posts here.
