I'm working in frontpage 03, with an old frontpage file that I've modified for my own purposes. However, I don't want the links to become caps-locked and bold on rollover. I just want plain links.

Inside the STYLE tags, I found the following entry: "a:hover{cursor:hand;text-transform:uppercase;color:#990000;font-weight:bold;font-family:Verdana;}" and I attempted to remove the text-transform and font-weight tags. The behavior remains on the page.

Is there another tag I'm not editing somewhere?

Without seeing the actual page source, it's hard to say. Make sure that there aren't any other entries for a:hover, and check for any external stylesheets (they look like <link href="something.css" type="text/css"> and are usually found in the <head></head> section.)

There WAS a second instance of that line that I'd been missing. Thanks kindly!

No problem!

That'll be $2,999.95, payable in cookies and/or coffee.

What do you think you are, a consultant?

Go sit back down and help yourself to the day old orange juice, volunteer.
