100 cpu usage !!!

Hey recently my computer has been running on 100% cpu in task manager, with services.msc eating up all my cpu.
I have used process explorer to find the source which appears to be an instance of (kernel32dll!CreateThread+0x22) << suspended

but it is only temporary, the problem keeps arising again when i reboot !!!!!
Can someone tell me what is wrong with my computer THX!!! :thumbsup: :flowers:

What kind of virus / malware programs have you got installed and what scans have you carried out if any !
If life is not an option then why are we not given the option in the first place !
