In a search for help on removing a pesky Vundo infection I saw BleepingComputer.com and had to check it out just 'cause the name was so fitting. I use to work with an IT department as a phone guy, now I'm starting a Photovoltaic division with an electrical contractor in my new home town. In our small office I am by far the most knowledgeable about computers, which is scary, so I'm sure I'll be spending some time here.
As my Jewish friend always says - Merry Christians!

Hello Shawn and welcome to Bleeping Computer.
Please take the time, to browse the New User Orientation forum, to help familiarize yourself with how the board works.
Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials.
There's a lot of very useful information, in there.
Good luck with your log and please be patient waiting for a response
Happy Holidays

why won't my laptop work?
Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
Do not send me PMs with problems that should be posted in the forums. Keep it in the forums, so everyone benefits

Thanks Mark -
I've read the tutorials on removing Vundo
I'll be checking the whole place out over the next week or two. I'm at my gilrfriends parents for two weeks and I purposly didn't install any games on my laptop so I would get some work done. I want to learn this site to help me get up to date with modern computers and figure out what apps would be useful on my new iPhone.
